All ages welcome, but dogs must be spayed or neutered and house trained. Puppies must be at least 16 weeks old. |
| HEALTH: |
All dogs must be up-to-date on their vaccinations. Owners to submit written proof of DHLPP, Bordetella (“kennel cough”) and Rabies vaccinations. Annual titre tests are acceptable. Every dog must be on flea/tick control and heartworm prevention. Annual proof of a negative fecal exam is also required, including hookworm and whipworm. |
| SCREENING: |
Before attending, owners participate in a brief telephone discussion and schedule an appointment to visit Hope Unleashed, Inc. for a “meet and greet” to assess their dog’s compatibility with the site, owner, and dog(s) in residence. A personality profile/application (available on website or via mail) needs to be submitted with an application fee of $10 prior to the meet and greet. Should the screening result in a trial daycare, owners complete an emergency contact information form and sign a waiver prior to the first daycare. Overnight boarders must attend at least one full daycare prior to boarding. Some dogs may require additional days. Puppies may require a trial single overnight prior to a lengthy stay. |
| RESERVATIONS: |
Required. Space is limited for overnight boarding. The sooner booked, the better chance there will be availability. |
| WHAT TO BRING: |
Dogs need collars with current license and rabies tags. They should be leashed upon arrival and departure.
As each dog has a different diet and consistancy is important, please bring your dog’s food in a container labeled with name and feeding instructions. |

Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm
Drop off between 7 and 9 am unless arranged in advance |
| WEEKEND/HOLIDAY HOURS OF OPERATION: |
Standard drop-off and pick-up hours, unless arranged in advance:
Saturdays 8-9 am; 5-6 pm.
Sundays 9-10 am; 4-6 pm
Closed two weekends per month on average |

- Daycare: $25.00 per day, Monday through Friday
- Frequent daycare guests: discounted rates available
- Half-day: $15.00

Thanksgiving Eve, Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Eve, Christmas Day; New Years Eve, New Years Day: $50/night

| CANCELLATIONS: |
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur full payment. |
| PAYMENTS: |
Daycare: payment due at end of day for single days; multiple day stays due at end of each week.
Overnight boarding: payment shall be made in advance.
